At Dr. Terror’s House of Horrors, you'll be with black and white children in the movie theatre – segregated, yet stuffed together – during a partly live touring matinee. Then hop on your bike with the boys as they pass back and forth across the racial boundaries of the times. The scenery is Southern, but the themes are universal, and the lessons speak straight to the heart. Click here for more information.

Forming a Storytelling Troupe (Residency)      Middle/ High Schools      $1600

This 5-day program will work with students and teachers through workshops and training that will enable a school to form their own storytelling troupes. Storytelling builds confidence, exposes the students to many different cultures and gives them public speaking skills that will help them in many different areas. Not to mention the fact that they could get paid and that some schools actually offer storytelling courses and majors. Click here for more information.

Telling Your Own Story (Workshop or Residency)      Middle/ High Schools       $450-Workshop $1600-Residency

Stories bring us together and let us understand our commonality. This can be especially true of our own personal stories. This program enables attendees to remember and share their own stories and become a closer community. Click here for more information.

Digital Storytelling (Residency)     8th- 12th     $1150

Students learn the skill of personal narrative writing and apply it using digital media. In ten sessions, students will be guided from a blank page to a digital story. Click here for more information.
