Volunteer Ushers Needed
Sign up to be a volunteer usher for Georgia Ensemble Theatre's next show: THE PRETTY PANTS BANDIT at the Roswell Cultural Arts Center. Ushers must arrive 1 hour and 15 minutes before the show start time, and stay approximately 15 minutes after the performance for cleanup. Show times: Wednesday 7:30, Thursday 8:00, Friday 8:00, Saturday 4:00 & 8:00, Sunday 2:30. Parking on site is free at the RCAC.
We use SignupGenius to manage volunteer shifts. You do not need to create an account on the site unless you'd like to. You'll receive communication from SignupGenius as well as directly from GET staff.
Volunteers will help patrons find their seats, answer questions, communicate constantly with the house manager, and help clean up after the show. We'll provide a seat for you during the performance to enjoy the show--seat location dependent upon availability. You'll need to be comfortable being on your feet for about an hour and using our smartphone to scan tickets.
The current policy of Georgia Ensemble Theatre is that all volunteers (and staff and artists) must show proof of vaccination or a negative Covid-19 test when arriving at the theatre. Face masks are strongly encouraged for all volunteers. Please wear the standard RCAC Usher attire (white top with black pants or skirt). We'll provide an Usher badge to identify you as a volunteer. Again, please note our firm, updated Covid-19 policy that is in place for all staff, audience, and volunteers: get.org/health.
When you arrive, please find your House Manager and they will check you in and provide further instruction. If you have any questions before or after signing up, please email Georgia Ensemble Theatre Box Office at nlynnrulon@nullget.org
Previews are March 29-30 at 7:30. Regular performances run March 31-April 17.
