This class is an intermediate/advanced level class for experienced actors looking to move forward in the t.v. & film industry. This class will require preparation outside of the class time.

Learn from professional film actor, Lowrey Brown, who works consistently in the film & television industry. Recent credits include: Dopesick (opposite Michael Keaton), Night Sky (with JK Simmons), The Gifted, and Till.  This four-week class will give actors a glimpse into what is expected of them on a professional SAG-AFTRA set.  Actors will rehearse, block, and perform scenes with lights, camera, and minimal set/props to help them practice the on-set experience.  Lowrey will guide our actors through adjustments and in-class observation toe-ing the line between an acting class and simply giving the actor an opportunity to practice being on set.  Actors will leave class feeling better prepared for on-set experiences so they can focus on their performance and not be overwhelmed by everything else!

Class will include scene work with partners, working on set, and a conversation about moving forward in this industry.

Who is this class for?  Actors who are already experienced/trained, but want time to practice performing in a simulated set like environment.  Actors who have never been or have limited time on a professional set.
