Summer Surf Party brings the music of the surf rock era to the outdoor setting of the Ben Brady Pavilion at the Chattahoochee Nature Center! Five talented performers bring you a tribute to the music of the Beach Boys, the Drifters, Jan & Dean, and Chuck Berry. Relive the days of surfboards, woodies, huarache sandals, and guitars on the beach with all your friends, seated at tables under the pavilion or on the lawn under the stars. Wear your tropical shirt and your flip-flops, bring a picnic if you like, and get ready for a beach party!
Gates open at 7:00 at the Chattahoochee Nature Center, and the show begins at 8:00.
Written and directed by Jeremy Wood and Chris Damiano--two of your favorite performers from Million Dollar Quartet, Ring of Fire, and Almost Heaven.
Extra Fun:
- Fridays feature the ever-popular Table Decorating Contest. Winner earns a dessert for their whole table!
- Saturdays are Huarache Sandals Too... Wear your best beach gear, tropical shirt, decorated hat, or outlandish sunglasses. After a runway show, the best outfit wins a pair of tickets to a future show at GET!
- Sundays are Family Night. Everything's a little more kid-friendly, and before the show, kids can play games or color some beachy art. EXTRA SPECIAL GUEST on Sunday, July 31st: SURFIN' SANTA CLAUS! That's right, it's Christmas in July! Santa will visit from 7:00 to 8:00 and take photos with everyone.
- Be PART OF THE SHOW! Make a donation of $100 any time before the second act starts, and you can join the band to sing "Barbara Ann"! We'll even give you a copy of the lyrics, just in case your memory is a little rusty. Convince your whole table to participate, and we'll make room for all of you around the microphone! Ask at the box office tent to sign up.
- Limbo Lower Now! After you grab another drink at intermission, make your way to the dance floor for a LIMBO CONTEST. And yes, there are prizes!
Large table (up to 8 attendees): $300 + $4 box office fee
Medium table (up to 4 attendees): $150 + $4 box office fee
Small table (up to 2 attendees): $75 + $4 box office fee
Deck Umbrella (two chairs under an umbrella on the pavilion deck): $60 + $4 box office fee
Lawn ticket single (bring your own chair): $20 + $4 box office fee
Tables and Umbrellas are sold as a unit. If you purchase a Large table, you can bring up to 8 people, a Medium table allows up to 4 people, and a Small table can seat up to two people. All tables are under the covered pavilion. Buy an Umbrella on the deck beside the pavilion, and we'll provide a beach umbrella and 2 chairs, but no table. Or buy an individual ticket and sit out on the Lawn under the stars--bring your own beach blanket or chair for that!
Picnics are welcome, whether you're seated at a table or on the lawn. No glass containers, china, crystal, or other breakable materials are permitted. No outside alcohol may be brought onto the premises. (Bringing in these items may result in us asking you to pack them up or to leave the venue.) There will be a bar on site where you can purchase wine, beer, and beachy cocktails.

The show goes on rain or shine! If it's raining, people with lawn seats may bring their chairs under the pavilion cover. If there's lightning in the area, we will stop the show until the lightning has passed.
