The theatre is on the back side of Sandy Springs Plaza shopping center, behind Trader Joe's, Henri's, and Five Guys. Look for the driveway that runs directly beside Five Guys, with black-and-yellow signs above it reading Act 3. Proceed down that driveway to the parking lot, and the theatre is to the right.

Accessibility: The building is wheelchair-accessible with a ramp to the front door, no thresholds after entering the front door, and available designated seating/companion seating on the front row. There are no stairs to navigate inside the building, as long as your seat is on the front row ("Accessible Seating" ticket). Two of the four bathroom stalls are ADA accessible with handrails and room for a chair. Large-print programs are available upon request. Please communicate any specific accessibility needs to the box office so we can make sure your visit is comfortable! We do not currently offer assisted-listening devices, but those with hearing impairments may choose an Accessible ticket to sit on the front row.
